Service Description. This Site describes Garage Cleanout, Basement Cleanout, Estate Cleanout, Hoarder Situations, Furniture Removal, Office Cleanout, Rental Property Turnovers, Foreclosures & Evictions provided by KC Cleanouts. Estimates and quotes are issued separately and superseded by signed agreements.

Your Obligations. You agree to be truthful in submissions, secure your access credentials, and use this Site only for lawful purposes.

Acceptable Use. You may not (a) use the Site for any unlawful purpose; (b) interfere with the operation of the Site; (c) attempt to access any non-public area; or (d) scrape, copy, or republish Site content without prior written permission.

Ownership. KC Cleanouts (or its licensors) owns all Site content, including text, images, branding, and code. Reproduction without consent is prohibited.

Billing. Service prices are quoted in writing before work begins. Payment terms appear on your service agreement, which controls any refund eligibility.

Termination. KC Cleanouts may suspend or terminate your access to the Site at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that violates these Terms or for any other reason.

Warranty Disclaimer. KC Cleanouts makes no representations or warranties about the Site or its content. Your use of the Site is solely at your own risk.

Limitation. In no event will KC Cleanouts's liability exceed amounts paid to it during the preceding twelve months. Indirect and consequential damages are excluded.

Law and Venue. MO law applies to these Terms. Any action arising from these Terms shall be filed in courts of competent jurisdiction in MO.
